Human Resource Manager


Daily job duties and responsibilities of today’s HR Managers include:

Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.

Establish and maintain effective employee relations.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Develop and implement performance management systems.

Conduct training and development programs for staff.

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

Maintain HR records and prepare reports.

Oversee benefits administration and payroll coordination.


Qualifications for HR Manager include:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and/or comparable experience, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.

Proven experience in a retail or automotive environment preferred.

Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Processing incoming mail, check mail in the morning & afternoons or as needed

Creating and distributing documents

Providing customer service to organization employees

Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators

Maintaining computer system by updating entering data

Maintain calendars of HR Management team

Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets

 

Recruitment/New Hire Process

Responsible for Hiring New Employees, separation of employees

Scheduling appointments for New Hires

Ensuring background checks in state and out of state are completed

Valid Driver/s License, Driving records 

Orienting new employees to the organizations (setting up a designated log-in for email, vendors, etc.)

 All other duties as assigned 

This is a fulltime non-exempt position.

Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
